Let’s Take a Look Back at the Past Few Months
Let’s review what happened at COGIT Composites during the first half of 2026. Trade shows, collaborations, deliveries…
January: Participation in 3 trade shows in 2026
This year,
COGIT Composites participated in JEC 2026 and Eurosatory.
We’ll also be attending Formnext 2026, which takes place November 17–20 in Frankfurt.
February: New Developments for the COGIT AM 333 LAB
This year, we have continued to develop our
COGIT AM 333 LAB printer.
Equipped with a pellet extruder capable of heating up to 500°C and compatible with a wide variety of materials (PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PA, PPS… etc.), it also features a temperature-controlled chamber set to 150°C and our
5D Vision system for non-destructive inspection.
If you’d like to learn more, we invite you to visit our page dedicated to the COGIT AM 333 LAB.
March: JEC World 2026
It was a pleasure to share
COGIT COMPOSITES & AM’s expertise. We were able to showcase various overprinted, overmolded, and stamped parts, highlighting our 20 years of experience in composites. ✨
We’d also like to thank
ALBATROS Gie for their hospitality!
April: COGIT AM x ComposiTIC – GEMINI3D Project
5D Vision Monitoring is revolutionizing FGF Additive Manufacturing at
ComposiTIC!
At COGIT ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING, we’re pushing the boundaries of FGF (Fused Granule Fabrication) additive manufacturing with our 5D Vision system, integrated into the
ComposiTIC platform as part of the GEMINI3D project. This system enables in-situ inspection and full traceability of printed parts, ensuring optimal quality and cost savings.
Thank you to them for their commitment!
May: COGIT AM x ETS x PolymerETS
COGIT COMPOSITES & AM x
PolymerETS: 3D printing innovation at the heart of our discussions!
We were honored to welcome faculty members from the École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal (ETS) to our Bourges facility for a day filled with discussions centered on our
COGIT AM 333 LAB.
A big thank you to our guests for their curiosity and inspiring feedback!
June: Eurosatory
Five intense days spent meeting key players in the defense, security, and armaments sectors, discussing innovations, and strengthening strategic partnerships. The trade show was full of opportunities for COGIT COMPOSITES & AM, where we were able to share our expertise and learn about the challenges of tomorrow.
A huge thank you to all our partners, customers, and prospects for these valuable discussions. A big thank you also to
AEROCENTRE DEV’UP Centre-Val de Loire CID – the Defense Industries Resource Center.
July: COGIT AM x INSA x IMP
A new COGIT AM 333 LAB has been installed at the IMP laboratory in Lyon!
Two members of the COGIT Composites team traveled to Lyon to install, provide training on, and commission our COGIT AM 333 LAB 3D printer at the
IMP (Polymer Materials Engineering) Laboratory, affiliated with
INSA Lyon – the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon – and the
CNRS.
We would like to thank the CNRS for funding this project.
COMPAM Project Announcement
2026 is also a year full of new projects!
At
Eurosatory, we took a close look at the rise of drones and their applications in defense. But at COGIT COMPOSITES & AM, we don’t just observe—we take action!
That’s why we’re launching the COMPAM (COMposite & Polymer Additive Manufacturing) project, alongside
PILGRIM TECHNOLOGY and the
Defense Innovation Agency. Together, we will:
Combine additive manufacturing and composites to create lighter, stronger, and higher-performance drone structures.
Validate an innovative design process using a real-world demonstrator.
Thank you to our partners for their trust!
